The bids are for a single Prime Contract for a new wood framed, slab on grade, wood truss
construction of 5,248 sq. ft., 2 preschool classrooms, 3 staff offices, a Meeting/Shelter Room,
cooking kitchen, ADA Toilets, outside playground and off street parking. The Owner is
responsible for removal of the existing building.
