Scope The project consists of a 128 bed suite-style student residence facility with associated student meeting/gathering/study spaces.  This includes a 3 story building with a lower level and mechanical mezzanine for a total square footage of 73,192 SF.  The project shall include all site civil, landscaping, general, mechanical, plumbing and electrical construction.

Plans Bid documents can be dowloaded thru Cheever Construction bidding website or register and obtain by emailing planroom@clarkenersen.com
Other Info The agreement between the Owner and Contractor will be executed as soon as possible after the opening and award of bids.  The project must achieve Substantial Completion on or before November 22, 2023.
