| Scope |
Demolition and removal of partial field, pavement, and fencing, to construct a new modular building. New site work scope includes concrete sidewalks and curbs, parking stalls, site walls, fencing, landscaping, and rehabilitation of the existing bioretention area.
Project scope also includes installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof, power and low voltage conduits to the building, and AV equipment installation. Construction of the Modular Building will be by a Modular Contractor and is not part of this Bid scope.
