Exterior:
• Per brandbook, include pricing for power to proposed new roundel on Left elevation
• When demoing half wall to build booth platform, outlets will need to be safely turned off/removed. GC must verify/ensure their removal does not affect power to neighboring areas
General
• Management reported that this store did not receive an energy savings upgrade. So we will need bulbs in vestibule, take out, RRs, dining, and bar upgraded to LEDs.
• GC to provide access panels for signage if necessary
Added Scope Requests (Have not received formal approval, but for now assume these is approved)
• Regrout entire BOH floor (have quote from ops)
• Replace tint along storefront windows - varying degrees of damage / types of existing tint (~17 windows)
• Replace entrance door or add hardware; missing pest control sweeps accessories
• Replace roller shades in dining (11 windows)
• Remove fans in dining / bar
• Relocate or extend mop sink in kitchen due the poor access in its current position
• Replace freezer floor that is buckling
• Furnish and replace water heater
• Replace missing base tiles and cracked floor tiles in Kitchen (approx. 12 sq ft)
