The FIRST week of the project will be NIGHT work after the restaurant closes. The SECOND week of the project the restaurant will be completely closed for DAY work. The project is only 11 consecutive days long.

Clarifications:
Exterior
· Reference markups on A201 and A202 of AAN set for exterior paint clarifications
· We are always using tint in lieu of Spandrel. Tint needs to be chemically treated to ensure thermal stress will not break glass
RR
· Keynote 25 on A101 should read: “New Purse Shelf”
Dining
· Keynote 24 on A101 should read: “New Takeout Counter”
· Paint AV poles black as needed
· Any receptacle(s) in low wall need to be safely removed. Ensure power to neighboring areas not affected.
Bar
· We are not installing combo outlets at front bar diewall
General
· Management reported that this store did not receive an energy savings upgrade. So we will need bulbs in vestibule, take out, RRs, dining, and bar upgraded to LEDs.
· Replace base tile as needed throughout dining and bar
· During closure for concrete polishing (3-4 days), Kitchen must remain open for Curbside pick up
