Our target project time frame is 8/11/24-8/23/24
The FIRST week of the project will be NIGHT work after the restaurant closes. The SECOND week of the project the restaurant will be completely closed for DAY work. The project is only 11 consecutive days long.

Clarifications:
Patio
· Existing furniture at patio to remain
Dining
· Any receptacle(s) in low wall need to be safely removed. Ensure power to neighboring areas not affected.
· Existing ductwork in bar/dining to be painted to match existing ceiling color
Bar
· Cut foot rail at ADA portion of bar. Paint rail black and cap. We may replace tile at bolted sections. If not, bolts are to be cut, filed, and filled with similar colored grout/fill.
· We are not installing combo outlets at front bar diewall
· Remove existing vinyls off refrigerators; Sign vendor to install new decals
General
· Keep all memorabilia. At the end, hang pieces back up in locations requested by Operations
· GC is to coordinate with vendors for all deliveries
· Replace base tile as needed throughout dining and bar
· Replace existing half wall top caps/side trim w/ Solid Surface top caps & side trim (supplied by Millwork vendor)
· During closure for concrete polishing (3-4 days), Kitchen must remain open for Curbside pick up
Added Scope Requests NOT SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. Site survey may be required OR use the virtual walk-thru link to see the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
· Address strong sewage smell coming from both RR drains. Men’s room is worse. A big complaint from guests, and it can be smelled in dining rooms.
· Add tint to all windows in dining room
Replace all ‘wood’ floor tile throughout bar, dining and corridor. Current tile is uneven, some cracked/popping, grout lines dirty and old. Use the below tile for replacement
· Add 2-3 track lights above booths in dining A
· Vestibule door scrapes floor, verify if door needs to be adjusted or if tile needs to be replaced.
Replace drywall at leaking bar taps
· Replace missing tiles underneath bar glassware rack Fill potholes Reseal and restripe parking lot
