General Construction Contract: : General Construction consisting of but not limited to the following: removal, replacement, and new work addressing all conditions required to complete the work of this contract as indicated on Drawings AS101, AS102, A100, A200, A300, S1 and S2, and in Project Manual (specifications all divisions as applicable); Construction fencing at building renovation areas; temporary facilities and services; selective demolition; installation of: concrete work; footings; foundations; concrete slabs; masonry work; metal fabrications; exterior railing systems; carpentry; flashing; sealants; water proofing; doors; glazing; hardware; overhead coiling doors; exterior and interior finishes; accessories; specialties. Site Construction: Site Work consisting of but not limited to the following: removal, replacement, and new work addressing all conditions required to complete the work of this contract as indicated on Civil Drawings C-001 through C-705 and Project Manual (specifications all divisions as applicable); temporary site facilities including, construction fencing as shown on architectural site plans and civil drawings, permanent site fencing, earthwork; erosion control; landscaping; storm water management and site drainage, site vehicular and pedestrian paving and concrete steps, site signage as shown on civil drawings. The General Contractor shall be responsible for all site restoration work for all Prime Contractors
