| Scope |
This project is a comprehensive renovation of the Reading Senior High School Auditorium located at 801 North 13th Street, Reading, Pennsylvania. The project is intended to modernize and enhance an existing educational performance venue to better support student activities, assemblies, theatrical productions, and community events.
The scope of work includes selective demolition and interior renovations throughout the auditorium space, with upgrades to architectural finishes, acoustical treatments, seating support areas, and accessibility features. Improvements also include significant upgrades to building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical distribution, theatrical lighting and rigging, sound reinforcement, and fire alarm systems. New finishes, wall and ceiling systems, railings, doors, and associated specialties will be installed to improve functionality, safety, and durability.
