DESCRIPTION: We are asking for bids for the Palmerton Area High School project. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on March 16, 2026. Please review the required Alternates and Unit Pricing and include these if they pertain to your scope of work. The GC scope includes work identified in Divisions 02 through 11, 31, and 32, including but not limited to Existing Conditions (Demolition), Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood/Plastics/Composites, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Openings (Doors, Frames, Hardware), Finishes, Specialties, Equipment (as applicable), Earthwork, and Exterior Improvements. This project is subject to Pennsylvania public bidding requirements and Carbon County prevailing wage rates, and all proposals must fully comply with the contract documents and submission requirements.
