| Scope |
Project consists of the construction of a 4,100 SF, single-story, wood framed, Operations and Maintenance Facility, as well as site improvement per building and site drawings provided by Charles E. Smith "Owner Architect" and the following minimum requirements. This scope shall not replace or eliminate the requirement for the Contractor to provide all construction and supply services for a complete building and site improvement project as per applicable codes, drawings and specifications.
Work shall be performed in accordance with all Drawings, Specifications and Contract Requirements, including but not limited to submittals, governmental approvals, project schedule, construction execution, third-party QA/QC inspection and documentation.
If conflict exists between the Scope of Work and the Drawings, the contractor shall include the most restrictive and / or highter cost item within his base bid.
Contract shall be LUMP SUM.
