New 3,306 sq. ft. tenant improvement within an existing commercial building space. My Salon Suite is a collection of independent professionals operating their own private salons all under one roof. My Salon Suite is a property management company, leasing fully equipped, separate lockable suites to individual salon professionals.

Finish Carpentry Scope:
Install vendor millwork in suites, set in place chairs, toilet accessories, vanities, owner supplied Columbia sliding glass doors, and hollow metal doors.
Additional Items to include in bid that are not reflected in Construction Drawings:
- Concrete Bridge: Demo and pour new concrete. See photos in files.
August Start date- 12 week construction schedule
