FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON THE NOTHING BUNDT CAKES IN CHERRY HILL, NJ. THIS PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR BUILD OUT OF AN EXISTING SPACE THAT IS APPROX. 2,075 SF. NOTHING BUNDT CAKES IS A CAKE FRANCHISE THAT SPECIALIZES IN BAKING BUNDT CAKES AND HAS OVER 270 LOCATIONS NATIONWIDE. THE LAY OUT WILL CONSIST OF A LOBBY/SALES AREA, CRAFT AREA, BAKING AND FROSTING AREAS, WALK-IN CHILLER AND REFRIGERATOR, A RESTROOM AND A UTILITY ROOM.

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR 6 to 8 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START FEBRUARY 2021
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMANS COMP INSURANCE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
7. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.
