FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON A TRUFUSION FITNESS IN SALT LAKE CITY, UT. TRUFUSION IS A FITNESS CENTER WITH SEVERAL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND FEATURES A UNIQUE BLEND OF YOGA, CYCLING, PILATES, KETTLEBELL, BARRE, BOOTCAMP, BOXING AND OTHER CLASSES, ALLOWING MEMBERS TO CUSTOMIZE THEIR EXPERIENCE BASED ON THEIR INTERESTS AND FITNESS LEVELS. THE TRUFUSION BUILD-OUT INCLUDES SEVERAL WORKOUT ROOMS, A COMMON AREA WITH JUIE BAR, RECEPTION AND OFFICE AREAS, LOCKER ROOMS WITH SHOWERS AND RESTROOMS, AND MECHANICAL/LAUNDRY ROOMS. THIS PROJECT IS THE BUILD OUT OF A 10,771 SF SPACE IN AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED AT 110 SOUTH RIO GRANDE STREET IN SALT LAKE CITY UT. .

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR TRUFUSION IS APPROXIMATELY 26 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START MID MAY 2021
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSING (STATE, CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMAN'S COMP INSURANCE..
7. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
