Scope FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON THE RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS & CRYOTHERAPY IN BEE CAVE, TX.  THIS PROJECT IS THE INTERIOR REMODEL OF AN EXISTING RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS & CRYOTHERAPY LOCATION.  THE SPACE IS APPROX. 1,855 SF AND IS LOCATED IN THE HILL COUNTY GALLERIA AT 4005 MARKET ST. IN BEE CAVE, TX.  THE NEW LAYOUT CONSIST OF A RECEPTION AREA, VARIOUS CARE ROOMS, RESTROOMS, A SAUNA & A  SHOWER.

4.  Here you would download the plans Titled

Other Info PROJECT NOTES:

1.   TYPICAL PROJECT OF THIS SIZE TAKES AROUND 8-10 WEEKS.

2.   THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.

3.   PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START ASAP PENDING PERMITS.

4.  ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.

5.   ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.

6.   ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.

7.   PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS.  ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.
