In general the work consists of Penthouse building addition-800 sq.ft., replacement of the 3 air handling units & associated return fans, replacement of refrigeration compressor cooling system (pumps, tank, piping), including ductwork, steam & condensate piping, chilled water piping, cooling water piping, new direct digital controls, new electrical distribution panel with new power feeders from basement, electrical, and plumbing.
