FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE YOUR COMPANY TO BID ON THE RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS IN BALTIMORE, MD. RESTORE IS A RETAIL PROVIDER OF HYPER WELLNESS SERVICES. THIS SPACE WILL CONSIST OF 1ST FLOOR & MEZZANINE TO EQUAL 3,994 SF OF SPACE WILL CONSIST OF A RECEPTION AREA, OPEN IV COMPRESSION, QUIET IV/COMPRESSION, OFFICE/MIXING, STRETCH AREA, PBM ROOM, SAUNA/SHOWER, RESTROOMS HYDRO FACIAL, SLEEP THERAPY, DRESSING ROOMS, CRYO SKIN, CRYO SAUNA ROOMS, LAUNDRY ROOM IN THE MEZZANINE OPEN OFFICE, BREAKROOM, STORAGE, OFFICE, ETC...

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR 8 TO 10 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START ASAP BASED ON PERMIT
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPOER LICENSING (STATE/ CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.
7. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
8. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.

10. SCOPE SHEETS FOR TRADES BASED ON DRAWINGS WILL BE COMPLETED BY FLYNN & SENT AT A LATER DATE.
11. FLYNN WILL PROVIDE HARD COPIES OF THE PLANS BY REQUEST. HARD COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE SEND REQUESTS FOR HARD COPIES TO JOE CERAR. DAY/TIME FOR PICKUP WILL BE DISCUSSED THEN.
12. VALUE ENGINEERING IDEAS AND ASSOCIATED COST SAVINGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. PLEASE THINK ABOUT ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE AND PRESENT THEM WITH YOUR BID.
