FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON A PLANET FITNESS IN SANTA ROSA, CA. THIS PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR BUILDOUT OF AN EXISTING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW PLANET FITNESS LOCATION. THE BUILDING WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 15,601 SF OF EXISTING SPACE LOCATED IN THE SANTA ROSA SOUTHSIDE SHOPPING CENTER AT 2705 SANTA ROSA AVE. IN SANTA ROSA, CA. PLANET FITNESS IS A NATIONAL HEALTH AND FITNESS FRANCHISE. THE NEW LAYOUT CONSISTS OF VARIOUS WORKOUT ROOMS, STORAGE/ JANITORIAL CLOSETS, RECEPTION/LOBBY AREA, CHANGING/LOCKER ROOMS, SHOWER & RESTROOMS, TANNING, MASSAGE ROOMS & OFFICES. FLYNN CONSTRUCTION IS THE PREFERRED CONTRACTOR FOR PLANET FITNESS AND HAS COMPLETED 200+ LOCATIONS.

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULE FOR 12- 14 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START ASAP - PENDING PERMITS
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSING (STATE, CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMAN'S COMP INSURANCE.
7. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
8. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.

10. CERAMIC TILE WILL BE SUPPLIED BY FLYNN CONSTRUCTION. CERAMIC TILE CONTRACTORS TO INCLUDE SUPPLY OF SETTING MATERIALS, GROUT, & SCHLUTER STRIP IN THEIR BIDS.
11. LIGHT FIXTURES INCLUDING LIGHTING CONTROLS, OCC SENSORS, INVERTERS WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER,. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS TO INCLUDE INSTALL OF PROVIDED FIXTURES.
12. SCOPE SHEETS FOR TRADES BASED ON DRAWINGS WILL BE COMPLETED BY FLYNN & SENT AT A LATER DATE.
13. FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WILL BE CONDUCTING ON SITE VISITS OF THE SPACE - HARD COPIES OF THE PLANS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR YOU TO TAKE WITH YOU - DATES AND TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA MEMOP AT A LATER DATE.
14. VALUE ENGINEERING IDEAS AND ASSOCIATED COST SAVINGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. PLEASE THINK ABOUT ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE AND PRESENT THEM WITH YOUR BID.
