Scope FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON A PLANET FITNESS - LANDLORD WORK in SANTA ROSA, CA.  THIS PROJECT IS THE LANDLORD'S SCOPE OF WORK TO THE SPACE OF THE FUTURE PLANET FITNESS LOCATION AND THE ADJACENT SPACE.  THE TOTAL AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 37,906 SF AND LOCATED IN SANTA ROSA SOUTHSIDE SHOPPING CENTER AT 2705 SANTA ROSA AVENUE IN SANTA ROSA, CA.

PROJECT NOTES:

1.   TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULE FOR  6-8 WEEKS.

2.   THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.

3.   PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START ASAP - PENDING PERMITS

4.  ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.

5.  ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSING (STATE, CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.

6.  ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMAN'S COMP INSURANCE.

7.  ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.

8.   PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS.  ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.

10.   SCOPE SHEETS FOR TRADES BASED ON DRAWINGS WILL BE COMPLETED BY FLYNN & SENT AT A LATER DATE.

11.  FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WILL BE CONDUCTING ON SITE VISITS OF THE SPACE - HARD COPIES OF THE PLANS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR  YOU TO TAKE WITH YOU - DATES AND TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA MEMO AT A LATER DATE.

12.  VALUE ENGINEERING IDEAS AND ASSOCIATED COST SAVINGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.  PLEASE THINK ABOUT ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE AND PRESENT THEM WITH YOUR BID.
