Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the New Aldi Grocery Store Project in Farragut, TN. Please bid on your specific specialty or trade.
DESCRIPTION: A new 21,268 sf Aldi grocery store including storm sewer, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication, structural steel erection, stainless steel, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefront & windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler and electrical.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by state law).
3) Steel Joists and Decking have been pre-purchased by Aldi.
