Scope
This project is landlord's scope of work to the space for the future Planet Fitness location. The area of work is approximately 68,009 SF and is located in the Crossing At Fry Road Shopping Center at 1706 N. Fry Rd. in Katy, TX. The drawings & the Landlord's Work Letter provide the scope of work required for this project.

DRYWALL/ROUGH CARPENTRY/ACT (DEMISING WALL, INSULATION, SEALANTS, ETC)
SPRINKLERS (DRAWINGS, PERMIT, MODIFY/RAISE EXISTING SYSTEM FOR A VANILLA BOX, RAISE MAINS & BRANCHES TO JOISTS, ETC)
PLUMBING (DEMO/CAP-OFF, SPLIT UTILITIES/NEW METERS, WATER LINES, GAS LINES, NEW WATER HEATER, NEW TRAP SEALS, ETC)
HVAC (DEMO UNITS/FANS/LOUVERS/EXHAUST PIPING/DUCTWORK, NEW SUPPLY & RETURN DUCTWORK, ETC)
ELECTRICAL (SAFE-OFF/DEMO, SERVICE LINES, METERS, DISCONNECTS, PANELS, CIRCUITS, WIRING, ETC)
FIRE ALARM (DRAWINGS, PERMIT, MODIFY/STUB IN EXISTING SYSTEM FOR A VANILLA BOX, NEW PANEL, ETC)
