Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the Aldi #79 Retrofit project in Athens, TN.

 

 

DESCRIPTION:  A 23,776 SF Aldi Food store to be built within an existing building including selective demolition and site demolition, grading, erosion control, paving, striping & signage, site utilities, rebar, concrete, masonry, steel, steel erection, loading dock equipment, spray foam insulation, composite metal work, Nichiha siding, storefront, drywall, EIFS, ceilings, painting, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work. 

 

NOTES:

1) Automatic doors are by the Owner. 

2) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
3) Subcontractors for projects $25,000 and up in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, or roofing and $100,000 for masonry must be licensed before bidding.

 

Morgan Construction Company, Inc. has built over 150 Aldi Stores in the Southeast and will manage this project so that it will be built in a timely and orderly manner.
