Scope FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR COMPANY TO BID ON THE RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS & CRYOTHERAPY  IN  VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.  THIS PROJECT IS THE INTERIOR BUILD-OUT OF AN EXISTING SPACE OF A RESTORE HYPER WELLNESS & CRYOTHERAPY CENTER.  THE SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 2,485 SF AND IS LOCATED IN THE LA PROMENADE SHOPPING CENTER AT 1860 LAKSIN ROAD, IN VIRGINIA BEACH.  THE NEW LAYOUT CONSISTS OF A RECEPTION AREA, VARIOUS CARE ROOMS, RESTROOMS, A SAUNA, SHOWER ROOM & A LAUNDRY/BREAKROOM AND OUTDOOR CRYO TANK..

PROJECT NOTES:

1.   TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR 9 WEEKS


2.   THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES

3.   PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START DECEMBER 2021 -  PENDING PERMIT

4.  ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.

5.  ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSING (STATE, CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.

6.   ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.

7.   ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.

8.   PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS.  ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.
