This project includes a ground up build of a 58,064 sq.ft. - 95 Room, 4 story Townhouse Suites by Marriott Hotel with Surface Parking.
Work includes but is not limited to, excavations, Utilities, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Concrete, Panialized walls, gypcrete, trusses, elevators, structural and miscellaneous steel, Roofing, plaster, painting, ceiling finishes, Millwork, Flooring, Vinyl wall covering, windows, window treatments,upolsterd seating, decorative lighting, pavers, masonry, mirrors, hollow metal doors and hardware, automatic entrances, glass and glazing, signage, fire extinguuishers, artwork, grab bars, shower seats, plumbing fixtures, flooring, complete for a new construction hotel.
