FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR COMPANY TO BID ON THE KURA SUSHI RESTAURANT, IN PHILADELPHIA. PA. THIS PROJECT IS THE INTERIOR BUILD-OUT OF AN EXISTING MULTI-LEVEL SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW KURA SUSHI REVOLVING SUSHI BAR. THE SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 11,944 SF AND IS LOCATED AT 1721 CHESTNUT STREET IN PHILADELPHIA, PA. THE NEW LAYOUT WILL CONSIST OF BASEMENT RESTROOMS, OFFICES, COLD STORAGE, TRASH ROOM & EMPLOYEE AREA, STREET LEVEL DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AREAS, HOSTESS AREA, AND 2ND LEVEL STORAGE SPACE.

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR 17 WEEKS
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START DECEMBER 27, 2021
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSING (STATE, CITY/LOCAL, ETC) AS APPLICABLE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.
7. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
8. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.

11. FLYNN WILL BE CONDUCTING ON SITE VISITS OF THE SPACE - HARD COPIES OF THE PLANS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR YOU TO TAKE WITH YOU - DATES AND TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA MEMO AT A LATER DATE.
12. VALUE ENGINEERING IDEAS AND ASSOCIATED COST SAVINGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. PLEASE THINK ABOUT ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE AND PRESENT THEM WITH YOUR BID.
