FLYNN CONSTRUCTION WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR FIRM TO BID ON THE CRUNCH FITNESS IN COLLEGE PARK, MD. THIS PROJECT IS AN INTEIOR BUILD OUT OF AN EXISTING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW CRUNCH FITNESS LOCATION. THIS WILL BE BUILT WITHIN A VANILLA SHELL SPACE. THE SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 22,000 SF AND CONTAINS A MEZZANINE AREA IN ADDITION TO MAIN GYM, EXERCISE ROOM, LOCKER ROOMS, ETC....

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES FOR CRUNCH IS 12 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES..
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START JANUARY 2022
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMANS COMP INSURANCE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES
7. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.
8. SCOPE SHEETS FOR TRADES BASED ON DRAWINGS WILL BE COMPLETED BY FLYNN & SENT AT A LATER DATE.

10. FLYNN WILL BE CONDUCTING ON SITE VISITS OF THE SPACE. HARD COPIES OF THE PLANS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR YOU TO TAKE WITH YOU. DATES AND TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA MEMO AT A LATER DATE.
11 VALUE ENGINEERING IDEAS AND ASSOCIATED COST SAVINGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. PLEASE THINK ABOUT ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE AND PRESENT THEM WITH YOUR BID.
