· The Catch Basins in the Shop area are to be bid with High Density Fiberglass.
· Plumbing/Heating ductwork is to be hidden in the Tray Ceiling in the lobby
· Shop Area is to be heated
· Shop is to be heated with hanging garage units
· All water spigots are to be plumbed for hot water only.
· In HVAC estimates, do not include an Air-to-Air Exchanger
- Ceiling to be drywall open to texture on walls and ceiling.
