2,798-SF interior tenant buildout of existing space located at 1139 W. Main Street, Whitewater WI 53190.
Work includes but not limited to demolition and removal of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, millwork, doors, walls, flooring.
Patching and repair of existing walls salvaged for new tenant layout.
Existing mechanical ducting, RTU/AHU, SA/RA trunks, water heater to remain and be reused if meeting new tenant space requirements and capacities.
Existing electrical panel to remain.
Floor cutting and patching existing concrete floor for new underground systems.
New work includes but not limited to modifcations to existing fire sprinkler system, plumbing fixtures, HVAC duct and grilles, electrical including lighting and low voltage, new framing and blocking, wood trim, doors and door hardware, window tinting, steel studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, floor coverings, paint and specialty finishes.

There will be a pre-construction onsite meeting Friday, February 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Contingent on plan approval and issuance of permits, the owner's tentative construction start date is Monday, March 28, 2022 or sooner.
Expected construction completion date is Friday, May 20, 2022 or sooner.
