THIS PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR BUILDOUT OF AN EXISTING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A NEW PLANET FITNESS LOCATION. THE SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 14,057 SF AND LOCATED IN THE NORTHGATE CENTER AT 231 NORTHGATE DR, MCMINNVILLE, TN. 37110. PLANET FITNESS IS A NATIONAL HEALTH AND FITNESS FRANCHISE. THE NEW LAYOUT CONSIST OF VARIOUS WORKOUT ROOMS., STORAGE/ JANITORAL CLOSETS, RECEPTION/ LOBBY AREA, CHANGING/ LOCKER ROOMS, SHOWER & RESTROOMS, TANNING, MASSAGE ROOMS & OFFICES. FLYNN CONSTRUCTION IS THE PREFFERED CONTRACTOR FOR PLANET FITNESS AND HAS COMPLETED OVER 300+ LOCATIONS.

PROJECT NOTES:
1. TYPICAL PROJECT SCHEDULES 12 WEEKS.
2. THIS PROJECT WILL BE DONE UTILIZING OPEN SHOP TRADES.
3. PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO START MAY, 2022
4. ALL TRADES SHOULD INCLUDE PERMIT FEES IN THEIR PROPOSALS AS APPLICABLE.
5. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING WITH FLYNN CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.
6. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHOULD CARRY APPLICABLE TAXES IN THEIR QUOTES.
7. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER WITH ANY PROJECT QUESTIONS. ALL QUESTIONS GO TO FLYNN CONSTRUCTION.
