Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the SITE WORK PORTION OF A New Publix Grocery Store and Shops Project in Louisville, KY. Please bid on your specific specialty or trade.
Project scheduled to begin in July 2022 and complete in July 2023.
DESCRIPTION: SITE WORK BID PORTION ONLY - PUBLIX BID DRAWINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN APPROXIMATLY 1 WEEK. A new 56,245 sf Publix Grocery Store with 3,200 sf of Retail Shops on 10 acre of site with outparcels including sitework, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, irrigation, concrete, rebar, and site electrical.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid if applicable.
