| Scope |
This project generally includes the construction of the Southern New Hanover County Regional Wastewater Pump Station as well as associated influent and effluent force mains which include upwards of 14,700 LF of 8/10/16" PVC lines. Associated scopes of work include surveying & as-builts, misc. erosion control measures, bypass pumping, horizontal directional drills, jack & bore, asphalt mill & overlay, fencing, cast-in-place concrete pads / slabs, precast concrete building, misc. metals fabrication, high performance coatings, pumps & controls, SCADA and electrical improvements.

In order to encourage minority and women business enterprise subcontractors to participate in the bidding process, CCI will consider the following option/actions if required and requested in the proposal: assistance in obtaining bonding or insurance; coordinating joint pay agreements; assisting in obtaining the same unit pricing for supplies as is available to the contractor; coordinating bi-weekly pay agreements. Subcontractors can bid work for this project in any areas that they are qualified.
