Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the AMC Multifamily (SITE ONLY) Project in Chattanooga, TN. Please bid on your specific specialty or trade.
DESCRIPTION: Sitework ONLY to prepare for a future apartment community including slab/foundation demo (theater building previously demolished), site demolition, grading, erosion control, site utilities & storm sewer, asphalt paving, striping & signage, curb & gutter, retaining walls, fencing (dumpster screen), landscaping/irrigation, sidewalks, site electrical.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by law).
3) Pool fencing will be priced with the building drawings at a later date.
