Morgan Construction Company invites you to bid on the New G.T. Issa Office project in Chattanooga, TN. Please bid on your specific specialty or trade. 

 DESCRIPTION: A new 9,800 sf office/retail project including site demolition, grading, retaining walls, site utilities & storm, asphalt paving, striping & signage, curb & gutter, landscaping, fencing, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication & erection, roofing, canopies/sunshades, millwork, caulking, tile, storefront, drywall, FRP, painting, ceramic tile, epoxy floor, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

 NOTES:

1)  Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2)  Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by law).
