THIS PROJECT IS FINALLY MOVING FORWARD!!! I NEED EVERYONE TO REVISE THEIR BID FOR THE POPEYES BUILDING.
Site work will be starting asap pending permits - WE are NOT responsible for SITE WORK - this is being done by Popeyes own site contractor. We ARE responsible for the concrete building slab, slab for dumpster enclosure, enclosure itself, walks around building and drive-thru footings/concrete for equipment, entire site screenwall.
