Construction of approximate 15,000 Sq. Ft. Multi-tenant commercial building with 2nd floor Residential apartments and partial basement.
Existing building will be demolished in two phases- the coffee shop would be taken down after we are able to move them into the new area.
All mechanicals are to be design build.
