DESCRIPTION: A new 20,664 sf Aldi grocery store including site demolition/clearing, grading, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, stainless steel, siding, acm panels, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefront & windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical.
NOTES:
1) Insurance Requirements. (See Planroom)
2) Please include a copy of your state license with your bid (if required by law).
3) Joists and decking fabrication to be provided by Aldi and should be excluded from your bid.
