This project consists of approximately 52,500 SF of addition of a new juvenile detention and correctional center expansion. This bid package includes masonry, misc. metals, rough & finish carpentry, membrane roofing, sealants, metal panels, doors, overhead doors, aluminum storefront & glazing, gypsum assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, resinous flooring, painting, operable partitions, specialties, detention equipment, window treatments, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping.
