The project in general includes remodeling a 4,460sf building that includes 10 sleeping units and a staff area.
A pre-bid meeting will be conducted onsite Wednesday 4/12/23 at 9:30am on site to observe the existing conditions. Attendance is not mandatory but recommended for MEP subs
Scopes of Work for Bidding:
Sawcutting: sawcut areas for UG plumbing changes
Residential Cabinets: Wood vanities in bathrooms
Commercial Cabinets & Counters: PLAM cabinets in staff area, PLAM tops, solid surface tops
Insulation: Insulation as detailed
Doors/Frames/Hdwe: Commercial D/F/H package, include hardware for fiberglass entry doors by others
Fiberglass Entry Doors: Entry doors as detailed, hardware by others
Clad Windows: Clad windows as detailed, include extension jambs
Drywall: Walls and ceilings as detailed, include knock-down texture, tile backer as needed
Flooring: All tile and tile base, resilient and vinyl base
Painting: All painting walls & ceilings, HM frames/doors, cabinets and wood doors to be prefinished
Cornerguards: As detailed
Toilet Accessories: As detailed
FE & Cabs: As detailed
Window Shades: As detailed - Provide Alternate Bid as described
Fire Protection: NOT APPLICABLE
Plumbing: Design Build. responsible for digging/backfilling trenches for plumbing work. Remove all spoils.
HVAC: Design Build
