Cheever Construction is bidding as a General Contractor for the above project.
We will be receiving sub and supplier bids until bid time.
This project is currently in the permitting process and the exact start date has yet to be
selected. The project will be 59,818 SF within an already existing shell that was
previously used as a grocery store. VASA is open to VE options that are not already
listed within the RFP. The RFP template is located in the files folder of this bid
package and is required to be filled out for the bid to be accepted. Comments by the
building department will be distributed with the RFP Addendum. Please include a
project schedule using the software of your choosing. Job Walk currently scheduled
for 5/31 12:00 - 1:30 PM. Questions are due 6/5 by 5:00 PM.

Schedule: The permit will be available in two weeks as per the owner with construction set to start immediately.
The owner has a desired completion date of 12/31/2023 to take advantage of the New Years rush to join a gym.
