| Scope |
Construction Engineers is the design-builder for a new cold storage building at the existing Ironhide location in Grand Forks, ND. The project consists of a 10,208 SF pre-engineered metal building with associated sitework, foundations, and mechanical (alternate) and electrical work.
Plumbing & Electrical work is design-build. Bidders shall provide any costs needed for drawing production including any engineering required. Include detailed proposal letter to outlining proposed scope of work.
