| Scope |
This project generally includes the construction of a new 550gpm (interim capacity - 1,800 future) wastewater pump station and abandonment of the adjacent 500gpm wastewater pump station. Associated scopes of work include surveying & as-builts, misc. erosion control measures, bypass pumping, excavation shoring, landscaping, fencing, cast-in-place concrete, misc. metals, high performance coatings, SCADA, electrical improvements & misc. site restoration.

In order to encourage minority and women business enterprise subcontractors to participate in the bidding process, CCI will consider the following option/actions if required and requested in the proposal: assistance in obtaining bonding or insurance; coordinating joint pay agreements; assisting in obtaining the same unit pricing for supplies as is available to the contractor; coordinating bi-weekly pay agreements. Subcontractors can bid work for this project in any areas that they are qualified.
