This project consists of 7,750 sf addition and remodel for the new Grand Forks Public School Central Kitchen. This project includes surveying, testing, earthwork, site concrete, utilities, landscaping, selective demolition, building concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, roofing, overhead and coiling doors, rough carpentry, casework, sealants, doors, gypsum assemblies, epoxy flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, specialties, wall protection, loading dock equipment, food service equipment, fire suppression, mechanical and electrical work.

- A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will take place on January 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Attendees will meet at the reception desk at the Mark Sanford Education Center at 2400 47th Avenue S, Grand Forks, ND.
- Submitted bids must be turned in on the Subcontractor Bid Form and be for a complete Contract Category found in spec section 011101.1. A Bid Form will not be required if you are providing a quote that is covered in a different Contract Category (example, casework, loading dock equipment that is covered in CC 06A), but are not bidding the Contract Category complete.
