This project entails the construction of a new pavillion for the Stanley Golf Course in New Britain. The Scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: site grading, underground utility work, concrete foundation, concrete slab, structural steel framing, wood framing, electrical, plumbing, gas fired radiant heating, block masonry, stone veneer, insulation, asphalt shingle roofing, standing seam metal roofing, exterior finish trim, painting and more.
