We are seeking budgetary numbers for a 400+ apartment development in the Village of Somers, WI.
The project is slated to begin in the summer of 2023. We are currently looking for updated pricing on (one) 19 unit single bedroom Apartment Building. There are five 19 unit buildings in the developmental site plan.
