The Proposal/Bid is due to USAF at 2:00pm AKST on 1/11/24.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS:
The DB shall submit an initial milestone schedule 10 calendar days after notice of award of the project.
Milestones should include significant events typical to a Design Build Contract.
The DB shall work on only regular work days that co-inside with the Air Force weekly schedule.
The DB shall coordinate and communicate work operations including alarm shop for disruptions and shut down of exising alarm protection to the building.

The Design Build Contractor (DB) is responsible for providing all labor, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to plan, design, and construct a complete project that:
This Design-Build project will include the following Construction Services:
Project Scope: The work under this project includes, but is not limited to, the following major items on the existing Base OPS Ramp:
A. Provide new high mast apron light poles, fixtures, circuitry, and power center.
B. Provide new pad mounted transformer/concrete pad, and primary and secondary services.
C. Earthwork and paving including demolition and providing new asphalt to accommodate the features
of work described in item A and B above.
D. See the attached TAB 2 DRAWINGS and TAB 3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATONS for specific requirements
1. Included in your pricing and quote will be project durrations in Week formatt - assuming working standard 40 hour weeks.
2. Type of Equipment that will be submitted on for approval process.
3. Lump sum value of all scope items per the Bid Documents.
