| Scope |
The Philadelphia Country Club intends to demolish their existing summer house and construct a new summer house in its place. The proposed building is approximately 11,400 square feet with an outer Pool Bar and Platform Tennis Viewing Deck. This will provide a casual environment to club members with connections to platform tennis courts and the swimming complex. Indoor lounge and dining spaces, and indoor/outdoor bar areas will be included in the project. The project is expected to begin at end of Q3 2024. Sitework documentation is not yet ready for pricing and will be bid at a later date.
