Description of Project:
The Work of this Project may be summarized as follows: Approximately 180,000 SF of Renovations to an existing 3 Story Office type building to house the Commonwealth Charter Academy Montage/Moosic. Project will require extensive interior selective demolition and all new office/educational spaces with new interior walls and finishes. Re-roof of existing will be required as well as some select exterior site improvements (walkways, entrances, paving, etc.)
