| Scope |
The Project involves the construction of a New Strength & Conditioning Center designed as a stand-alone structure to be constructed in the location of the existing High School practice field, adjacent to the Tennis Courts and across the parking lot from the existing Field House. The specific Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and will be 3,000 square feet in size. In addition to the Base Bid, the project calls for several "Add Alternates" for the Owner to consider. The scope of work for the project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems, and machinery required in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents.
