Please note, MEP and Roofing contractors must have already been pre-qualified to bid Spartanburg District 6 projects.
The construction will be CIP slab, CMU walls, brick vaneer, structural & misc. steel, standing seam roofing, membrane roofing, associated interior finishes & MEP systems.
Sitework contractors - please pick up the roof drains from the boots.
