| Scope |
Description of Project:
The Project consists of selective demolition of portions of the existing Green Ridge Elementary School and construction of additions and renovations for the Cumberland Valley School District.
Generally, the new addition construction consists of load bearing masonry, structural steel framing, steel joists and metal deck, masonry veneer, exterior metal wall panels, mechanically attached EPDM membrane roofing, aluminum windows, storefront system, curtain wall system, casework and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Renovations consist of replacement of interior finishes including, but not limited to, ceiling tile, flooring, casework, countertops, painting, hollow metal frames and doors, exterior windows and specified mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
