Projected schedule: project will start Sunday night at midnight on 8/25
· The first week of the project 8/25-9/1 will be all NIGHT work -restaurant will be open during the day
· The following week the entire restaurant will be closed down completely from 9/2-9/6 for day work

CLARIFICATION OF WORK:
Exterior:
- A201, Key note 3 – Associated EIFS reveals at column must be hidden
- We are not supposed to be replacing glass w/ spandrel for any projects. We should be using a suitable tint instead
Dining
- Replacing wood top caps on Pony Walls with solid surface top caps (supplied by millwork vendor, cut down to size in field)
- For the transition between tile and polished concrete use the following spec: Schluter-RENO Ramp
- When demoing half wall to build booth platform, outlets will need to be safely turned off/removed. GC must verify/ensure their removal does not affect power to neighboring areas
- Paint AV poles black as needed
Bar
- Cut foot rail at ADA portion of bar. Paint rail black and cap. We may replace tile at bolted sections. If not, bolts are to be cut, filed, and filled with similar colored grout/fill.
- Where surfboard tables are removed, we may replace tile at bolted sections. If not, bolts are to be cut, filed, and filled with similar colored grout/fill.
General
- Management reported that this store did not receive an energy savings upgrade. So we will need bulbs in vestibule, take out, RRs, dining, and bar upgraded to LEDs.
- Keep all memorabilia. At the end, hang pieces back up in locations requested by Operations, as well as a few additional pieces Furnished by Owner
- Remove Vinyls on Bar coolers
- GC is to coordinate with vendors for all deliveries
- Include permit fees in bid – TBD
Added Scope Requests
· ADD TINT TO DINING/BAR WINDOWS (6 WINDOWS)
· REPLACE A COUPLE FAÇADE STONES AT FRONT EXTERIOR ELEVATION THAT ARE MISSING AND FALLING OUT
· REPLACE PATIO DOOR HARDWARE/PATIO DOORS
· LANDSCAPING AND MULCH
· FIX LOW WATER PRESSURE IN MEN’S ROOM
· WATER IN FAMILY RESTROOM TAKE A LONG TIME TO HEAT UP; (INSTALL RECIRCULATING LINE AND PUMP TO FIX ISSUE?)
· REPLACE (4) PATIO FANS WHICH ARE NOT WORKING
· HEAVY AND UNEVEN FLOORS IN BOH. RE-LEVEL FLOOR, REPLACE TILE IN BOH (550 SQUARE FEET)
· REPLACE CONCRETE PAD IN FRONT OF TRASH ENCLOSURE AND RE-STRIPE (APPROX 485 SQ FT)
· PATIO CONCRETE IS CRACKED THROUHGOUT; FILL/SEAL CRACKS
· STOREFRONT ENTERANCE CONCRETE IS CRACKED; FILL/SEAL CRACKS
